Zilco prides itself on providing good quality products and ensuring our customers are happy with their purchase. If you have purchased your item from a Zilco stockist, a return for any reason must be done via your place of purchase under your contract of sale conditions.

Harness Guarantee Information and Procedure

Zilco warrants to the original purchaser, that the Zilco harness product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when used in compliance with directions and/or outlines supplied. This limited warranty does not apply if defects or damage has been caused by misuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use or abuse, modifications, improper harnessing, neglect, normal wear and tear, or any other causes not related to defective material or workmanship. Under no circumstances shall Zilco or its distributors/dealers be liable, by virtue of this warranty or otherwise, for any special indirect secondary, or consequential damages to any person or property arising out of the use or inability to use this harness product.

Please retain your receipt to establish the date of purchase for warranty claims. If you have a defect problem, it is your responsibility to contact your place of purchase. They will determine the nature of the defect and replace or repair the part at their option.
